I'm KK. I create photographs of a lot of different things for a lot of different clients in and around Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Food. Buildings. People. Products. Events. Ideas. Most of my photos are used for print advertising, magazines, corporate communication and company websites.

After graduating from the Professional Photo Imaging Program at Langara College, I've spent the past 13 years studying it, practicing it and making a living doing it. I work closely with clients to unravel ethereal threads of inspiration so that we can gather them up into creative, dynamic concepts and visions. This is as rewarding to me as the execution of the shoots themselves. I'm captivated by the way light creates mood, drama and texture. I'm drawn to clean lines, open spaces, bright colours, strong contrast and sharp details. Most of all, I'm driven to tell stories through photographs, to paint pictures with light that inspires and makes people stop, look and think.
